“Appalling ”

Booked and paid a car for a week. Arrived in Bordeaux to be told the car had been given to someone else. Eventually had a reasonably acceptable car....far from the one booked. Emailed and twittered Avis on our return.. Still waiting for a response...how utterly rude! They have our money and that clearly all that matters! Will never use them again or recommend them to company's, colleagues or friends!
