“From Talk Talk [The Pits] to Origin [The Cream]”

Having been with Pipex for 10+ years I was always satisfied even though it was relatively expensive. We switched phone providers to talk talk and so foolishly decided to switch broad brand as well since it came free with the phone. What a mistake, Talk Talk are RUBBISH! 2+ years of rubbish speeds, fall outs, no service, etc.
Enter Origin. A friend of my son's recommended them.
Never looked back. Their service from day 1 has been exceptional.
They helped me get my line back from talk Talk and suggested the Post Office since they had the best deal on for switching my line back to the BT Network.
They lined everything up with the telephone engineer so that my down time was as minimal as possible.

I recently had a issue with the loss of download speed. Their technical guy spent hours with me on the phone solving the problem with me [in the end it was a firmware problem on the router].

Couldn't recommend them more.
I pay for 40Meg and get 33.5 so I'm happy.
