“Avoid this company should be closed down”

Booked a holiday on line but was not able to finalise the payment on line. Contacted last minute.com to clarify the problem who informed us that the payment had been deferred so would need to book again. With this information and the fact we had no booking reference we went ahead with the second attempt which was successful. Days later noticed that my credit card statement showed that we had been charged twice. Spent numerous calls trying to resolve this and to get them to see and understand and now six weeks later still waiting for a refund and have asked the credit card to dispute this payment Nd investigation. I feel as though I have been robbed or some fraudster has mugged me. My advice is STAY AWAY!
