“luggage lost twice!!!!”

Air Berlin delayed our luggage for 4 days, which left us almost half of our vacation without clothes!!! It was not enough to them, so they again lost the luggage on our way back!

In both cases we were not alone, many people returned without their bags. It seems that this is very systematic at Tegel airport. Avoid for transfers.
