Made Hotel reservation with Hotelsone.com.
Received total price, put my info in added credit card info. and clicked on block to confirm reservation at stated price.
Reservation could not be cancelled.
When I received a e-mail confirming reservation, the price was greater than I had approved.
After much arguing with customer service with no results, I ask to speak to a manager.
Manager was very rude but did agree to a refund.
As far as I'm concerned, this is no way to treat a customer.
I will never use them again and suggest hat all be aware of them!!!
