“Good but there's room for improvement”

1 thing that is obviously lacking when booking through AGODA is that we are not required to state the number of people who will be staying in the room. Last time, booked a suite in Bangkok, Thailand. I brought in my wife and my son. When checked in, the receptionist was asking for extra as the booking did not state additional occupants (wife & son). Luckily I managed to get agreement where I will only pay extra if I bring them to free breakfast as they only allowed 1 adult. This is not like EXPEDIA where at the start page, we are required to state the number of occupants.
