“revising my previous review”

There was one problem with my trip, I originally gave Bookit.com a neutral review- not positive or horribly bad - just neutral. I logged in a complaint and after 7 days had not received a response to my complaint as promised from Bookit.com. I received a call from them today, and they resolved my complaint to my satisfaction. Now that this has been taken care of I have no complaints with them. Their Customer service may take a bit long but they did follow up as promised. Hotel was good, the transportation arranged through Bookit.com was excellent well worth the $40 fee. No problems with flights, so all is good . I do recommend Bookit.com
