Good Points
Functionality and windows application compatibility.
Relaible and simple synchronization software that syncs with most office applications, including MS Outlook and Lotus Notes.
Color. Multimedia capability.
Full internet (not just WAP) and fax capability. Direct access to pop and imap email accounts possible.

Bad Points
Many times, the phone hangs when you want to access missed calls or any of the recent calls (unless you do this by opening the phone (using the keyboard).
Other small bugs.
Size - still too big (and heavy). They should have tried touch screen (stylus) that would have enabled them to have a smaller screen and phone.
Reception is poor compared to its smaller sisters and other GSMs.

General Comments
An incredible mobile phone/PDA and more. Nokia, however, need to start improving their customer service. Try emailing them or asking for support!!! The very annoying bugs have yet to be formally announced by Nokia, though I have heard rumors that they are recalling units. I called my distributor in Oman and they confirmed that there were problems with my phone, and said they would replace it. 10 days later I am still waiting!
