“Items not quite as expected”

Communication and delivery has been perfect, however the embroidered logo is not as I expected. It is very difficult to see, when ordering, the size that the logo will be on the t-shirt, especially the side sleeve location. Due to this I find the logos are bigger than I wanted. While I approved the proof, I do feel that it is not made particularly easy to see how your finished product will look from your website. Also you are not offered an option of changing the colour of the lettering on the logo. I would have preferred a different red for the main title, but do not remember being offered an option to change this.

I am also perplexed that to have an extra logo, ie one on the sleeve as well as one on the shirt front, should cost £6 when the first logo only costs £5. Usually an extra is less than the first one.
