I ordered a dress on Thursday with next day delivery, which would be Saturday as I ordered after 7pm. After reading the amount of negative reviews on here I was preparing myself for the worst.



As I needed my order on the Saturday for my birthday I contacted Customer Service on the Friday and asked if they could confirm whether my order would be with me on time. They replied numerous times throughout the day, informing me of my parcels progress and were incredibly polite about it but were unfortunately unable to confirm it's delivery due to adverse weather conditions which wasn't their fault.



I woke up this morning at 10:30 and recieved my parcel at 11am. Needless to say I was overjoyed. The dress fits beautifully and looks exactly like it did on the model.



I will definately be ordering from ASOS again, their delivery, product and customer care was exellent.
