“Amazing customer service - saved my trip”

I had booked tickets for Chelsea vs Hull City from a competing website - Ticketbis - initially. After being promised my tickets were going to get delivered etc., Ticketbis cancelled 3 days before the match and one day after I had travelled to London from India solely for this match. After this horrible experience, I went ahead and booked on Livefootball tickets and requested urgent delivery. My whole experience has been amazing, in particular the following things stand out:

1) timely update emails: all through the process I was kept informed of exactly what is happening with my tickets, and the timelines provided were very accurate.
2) amazing customer service: James and Ryan from the ticketbis customer service team personally ensured that my tickets were delivered to my hotel even before I reached. The customer service didn't feel automated, it actually felt like real people helping me out. In fact, when there was some confusion about the tickets being delivered on Saturday, Ryan called the delivery agency, my hotel and sorted the issue - within 1 hour of my email to them on Saturday.

I have had a very positive experience and can see why it makes sense to pay a premium and buy tickets from these guys. P.s. eventually I ended up paying the same amount as I did on ticketbis!
