My handle bracket was broken by baggage handlers.
As the case was still serviceable I phoned Tripp to get a new bracket and was informed that they don't carry spare parts and to take the case to my nearest Tripp outlet.
I explained that I was not sure when we bought the case (about 4 years) and that I didn't keep the receipt.
I took my case to Tripp in Debenhams Southampton where the service was nothing short of Fantastic.
There was no questions asked, the Tripp assistant asked me if I'd like to take the new replacement now and went to get my new case.
What superb product backup and superb customer service. Everything to do with luggage is Tripp for me and my family and I recommend everyone else to do the same.
The quality is excellent and if you do get a problem, there is the company backup.
