“Everything excellent except for salesman”

Positives:

1) PC was assembled and delivered faster than the quoted time
2) PC was delivered fully functional with no damage
2) PC performance is as expected
3) Quality of products is as expected


Negatives:

1) Salesman who called me up after placing the online order tried to sell me some games (I purchased an AMD Radeon HD 7820 2Gb graphics card) but I found out that the games came complimentary from AMD anyway, but still he tried to sell it to me (feel that it was a bit dishonest and cheated and didn't pay the extra money for the 4 games he offered - even though AMD was giving it away as part of the graphics card purchase - really disappointed on this one!!)
2) The same salesman offered to 'configure my RAM faster/efficiently' from having 4x4Gb RAM into 2x8Gb (at an extra cost of course) - but it turns out that I had originally ordered 2 physical RAMs at 8Gb each anyway??? Again, feel cheated.
3) I originally ordered the Corsair CWCH60 water cooler but told that was out of stock and received Antec H20 620 water cooler instead (would have preferred a complementary upgrade to Corsair CWCH80 water cooler for the inconvenience)
4) Salesman really put the pressure on me to purchase the Carefree Warranty (I remember getting quite annoyed)
5) Any spare parts or accessories (e.g. screws that came with the motherboard or crossfire cable that comes with the graphics card were not given)
