Very bad service .do not trust what they tell you about the broadband speed they would provide.if you have problem you will speak to people who do not have the authority to take decision,but only to report it to another people higher up.do not believe the salesmen when they tell you they will pay the charge that would be incurred because breaking the contract earlier with BT for example just to get you trapped in two year contract with them,you end up paying the penalty and getting their bad service and nobody to speak to regarding the matter.
