The really good thing about the Tesco diet is you can choose what you eat and to be completely truthful I have never felt hungry whilst on this diet; in fact I seem to be eating more. I guess I was just eating the wrong foods before! My husband has been eating the same as me with just slightly larger portion sizes and he, too, has lost nearly two stone. We both feel so much better for it. Occasionally for a special night out we do forget the diet(feeling life is too short not to have a treat now and then) but we do try to eat sensibly and resume the diet the following day. In fact, we don't think of it as a diet any more just the normal way of eating and that's what seems to make the difference.
We would both recommend the diet to anyone.
