“MEGABUS poor services at check in desk Victoria Stat...”

Megabus is a very poor services company that do not respect customer. Travelled on bus London- Paris on 7th August 2013 depart at 9.30pm – London Victoria station
Lady ( young white long black hair) at check in desk London Victoria station didn’t want to do my check-in..and she just left the desk and screaming..crasy and completely hysteric). I was with my daughter 4 year-old and felf discriminated in front of all traveller watching the scene at the station. Lady told me that I will be able to check in the last person in the bus..There was a real mess, no screen working showing bus destination and hysteric and aggressive staff. All Megbus staff on that night (3 persons) were disrespectful (manager included), and not trained for customer services. I was treated like S...t
The worse it was when the bus left me at the passport check with my daughter at Dover.( had to travel in a police car to catch the bus at the ferry port).This was my first and last experience. I was never treated so badly by any travel company before.. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH MEGABUS..other company like EUROLINES IS MUCH BETTER.
