We purchased 2 tickets for Robbie Williams Milan concert in March 2013. We were supposed to receive the tickets at home 10 days before the concert. On the 20th of July we get an email from these scamers that the delivery type has changed and that we should pick up the tickets in Milan or indicate a hotel address and the tickets will be delivered there. we were a bit concerned but we gave our hotel address in Bergamo. In the meantime I tried to contact them numerous time by phone or Skype. I have sent also at least 10 emails and no reply. On the day of the concert we were in Bergamo with no tickets.We went to a shop in Bergamo and we found two tickets and we bought them. At around 4 p.m we get a sms from an italian number indicating an address where we should pick up our tickets.The gates opened at 4 p.m. We did not go to pick up the tickets. The next day we filled a refund form with ticket.org on their website. In about half an hour they replied that the refund is not possible because they delivered the tickets in Milan. I filled a complaint with Visa charge back and hopefully we will get the money back and close them down.
