“Nothing Tip Top about his wedding shop ”

13 days after placing my order and paying for it I had still not received it, despite the 5-10 days quoted on the website. Failed to respond and confirm when it would be dispatched and no explanation for the delay given. Opened a dispute on PayPal and they then started sending shirty emails because they didn't like this then tried bullying me into closing the dispute as resolved when it had not been and told me they would not send the order until I did. Escalated on PayPal and received a full refund on the same day.

If your wedding is important to you don't even bother with this company as the chances are you will never recieve the order you paid for. Service is appauling, no communication and their staff are arrogant bullies. Thank goodness for PayPal. Avoid at all costs, nothing tip top about this wedding shop that's for certain.
