Well where to start, I first placed the order on 01-03-13, so plenty of time in advance for august the 16th. Its now Wednesday 14th of August, 2 days before the event and I still haven't received my ticket. It will be no good receiving it on the Friday as id have to leave early morning with the rest of my party. And it looks like I'm not going to get it tomorrow. There's a shipment number now with royal mail, which comes up as none existent when I try to trace it. I've now asked Customer support for a refund twice, as its just been left too late for me to be able to keep all of my other plans open with the risk of losing more money. However they have just brushed these claims off on both occasions.
Please anyone reading this, do not use this company, the whole service along with the customer service is absolutely awful!
