“STAY WELL CLEAR!!”

I booked my mustang for Florida paid the deposit. Then to realise they had no phone number to call if there was any problems. I wanted to ask a few questions???? So, I read up some reviews before spending £430. I tried to cancel, I emailed for cancellation. I was told I would get my deposit back in ten working days. Not that it was a big deal as it was £27. Ten days passed nothing. I emailed them, they passed the book saying " it was booked through another company" I sent them a print screen of the booking and the cancelation all on THERE website! The only reason I went so far was because they were blatantly ripping people off and ruining holidays. Imagine if they can't even cancel a policy and send you your money back for £27, imagine being in another country with no phone number to call. One click you can spend your hard earned cash but you can't get your deposit back or the car you booked!!!

!!!! !In short ripping off B@st@rds!!!!!
