“Damaged Car ”

We left our car in the care of Diamond Parking in May 2013. When the car was delivered back late, it was noticeably filthy and we noticed a scratch on the bonnet. Upon further inspection we found that there were more scratches down both sides of the car. We are not sure of the location where they park the cars although we did hear their driver refer to it as a "yard" several times. It is only reasonable to expect that the car was returned to us in the condition which we handed it over to them and it is completely unacceptable that scratches were found.

We wrote to complain including pictures of the car on the day we collected it and a scanned copy of their receipt which their driver signed acknowledging the scratches. We also spoke to someone else on the day who instructed us to email them and he would arrange for someone to come and repair the damaged areas. 3 months later and we are still waiting for him to respond.....I would not recommend this company!

On a further note, when I rang Diamond Parking today to speak with him and confirm which email to use, the driver who I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. He would not give me his name, but you should ensure that those responsible for answering the phones understand what customer service is and at least attempt to use it.

All in all I have to say that I am completed unsatisfied with the service thus far and expect to hear from you in the very near future to rectify this and repair all damage caused to the car.
