Following closing an account and settling the balance on the same day, I subsequently moved house and find out 3 months later interest has been added, although a small amount it really hacked me off, not allowed to say worse.
I called them to ask why and the response was very matter of fact and if I didn't pay this minuscule amount they would refer to a collection agency.
Poor customer service, no way will I use these again, and they have had plenty out of me over time.
Choose wisely, try Nat west I've found them excellent .
