I have similar situation in Leeds. I have been waiting for my necklace back for over 1 month and been told different stories each time I went to the shop to chase it up.
Finally I have been told it got lost and I have rceived replacement. still waiting for gift card for the remaiming amount and insurance papers that I was promised to be received by post.
None seemed to care that I was coming and asking for it for a month. ]#
very unprofessional service and bad experience.
