“Charging £3.95 for 1-3 day delivery which doesn't arrive ”

You don't expect to pay nearly £4 for delivery for it not to turn up in the stated 1-3 days delivery. So much for service. I tracked my delivery ordered early on a Wednesday, and it was dispatched 30 minutes after purchase according to emails from two seasons and a text from DHL. It then went from France to Spain to Belgium finally arriving at Gatwick on the Friday. At 5am Saturday morning it was in Birmingham at a depot 10 minutes from our address, yet it still wasn't delivered despite DHL being open till 12 that day. Our delivery was needed for our holiday and we ended up having to purchase abroad. DHL then text to say it would arrive on Monday. I might as well of had the delivery to Bulgaria where we were on holiday if I knew what a round trip it was going on. I had to reschedule the delivery for the Monday we came back (today), though there is no need for them now. I have been waiting since 8am this morning for the delivery for DHL to only say it went out at quarter to ten and I am still waiting. Sort out your couriers two seasons.
