“Money grabbers”

Money taken off my account straight away on the same day of the application.
For personal reasons I had to change my plans so asked for the refund and withdrew my application the very next day. Then, the grief started!
(I didn't even use the gym or any other services). I had to contact the Head Office... only to find out that the refund was not even processed by the very people I was talking over and over again!

The contract states that I have the right to change my mind in 7 days, but I really don't understand why they charged me(on the spot) BEFORE having my details introduced in their computer system, BEFORE receiving my membership number and my ID/Pass!?

A word of advice: Please don't make the same mistake! Use your plastic only AFTER the 7th day of your application and only if you know for sure that it is exactly what you are looking for AND YOU DID NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND!!!
