the worse customer service I have ever encountered! they are adding pounds to your holiday PRICE like you are adding sugar in a cookie! it's a shame that GRUPON promotes them and that they can take your money and then extra extra extra charge you for everything! how can this happen in 2013 and you are unable to claim your money back! shame on you ClearSky!how can ABTA allow this???? if you buy a pack of 4 nights they count the night flight eg 22:40 arriving ar 2am at your destination as 1 night and they don't tell you this before the payment!!!! then extra extra extra charge you to change flying times!PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY TO AVOID NIGHTMARE HOLIDAYS AND LOOSING YOUR HARD WORKED MONEY!!!
