“Very poor service”

I wish i had checked the online review sites for this company before ordering an item with them. The item never showed up. It was finally found to have been returned to the company. I was asked if i would like to have it resent and told i would have to pay the delivery charges again! I declined the item and asked for a refund. My refund has just come through minus the £3.50 they charged me for a delivery that never happened. I wouldn't shop with this company again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
