“NO refund policy”

Regardless of what it says on the voucher, this company does not refund. Had to cancel a hotel booking for my aunt as she went into hospital the day before travel. I would have expected to be charged the first night but the whole lot 210 € was taken from account at the time of the booking and none of it was refunded. The cancellation policy clearly stated the first night's accommo would be taken in the event of cancellation the day before travel. This company are atrocious agents who can't find your booking number when you want to discuss refund!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.They cannot be trusted and I have never met with such poor customer service who keep passing from post to pillar.
