“very hit or miss”

had some good service and some bad, seems to depend on branch you purchase from used Glamorgan branch they dont have a clue,orderd a camera from them a week later money refunded on calling branch told they could not find the camera,used other branches and got great service, best to ring branch first before ordering off web site does not follow that items on web site are for sale
