Made three separate orders to the US with free delivery and all three were "lost in transit". Their customer Service is absolute garbage I had to 1. send 6 repeatative emails 2. facebook comment 3. ASOS forum thread and 4. Facebook message to get any response from them. It's such a shame because the clothes are beautiful but they NEVER GET TO YOU! how does it even make sense to have every single item lost in transit? FOR PRACTICALLY EVERYONE IN THE US?
