I paid a lot of money for front row seats. When the tickets arrived, they were the wrong ones, and restricted view (which it did not state when purchasing).
I was then promised I would be sent a voucher enabling me to buy the correct tickets, which I was happy to accept. However I have now been waiting months to sort this out and still nothing. The tickets are now all sold out and I am left over £200 out of pocket, not including my non-refundable travel and hotel costs to a show I now have no ticket for.
I have still not received my voucher and all emails to 'customer service' have since been ignored.
