Was talked into receiving a phone from this company, on an unsolicited telephone call with a blocked number. When the phone arrived it was not the right one. I phoned the customer service department and was told I had to pay to return the item even though it was there fault. I was passed from pillar to post - given telephone numbers that are not answered after waiting for at least 10 minutes on a premium line. Being told they would phone me back - which never happened. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY - THERE IS DEFINITELY NO SERVICE. I will be contacting 02 my current provider, Ofcom and the Citizens Advice Bureau for advice on how to deal with this company
