I wouldn't use Asos, if I was naked and they sent me clothes for free. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like it. No one to call, numerous emails to and fro to answer 1 simple question, I get stressed just emailing them, its just not worth it. They are fine if your order is correct, but you try and contact them with any question and you will be there for days !

Avoid them like the plague, I don't think they will be around with that customer service for much longer.
