“Be carefull Rude train manager and worst customer srvice”

When a customer is up set, there is a reason but Virgin train's customer service is not interested in. I was panicking being about to miss the train. At the platform next to the first class coach, I was guided by a Virgin train staff in their red jacket to jump on and stay in the first class coach. He assured twice that I would not have to pay extra. The train manager came and treated me like a fear dodger though I explained what his colleague told me. I did not refuse to move to the second class coach but complained his attitude and choice of words. All I wanted to hear was 'I am afraid but I still have to ask you....' Instead him repeating 'the tickets say NO-' I wrote the customer service to be told basically to get lost. They say the manager told me the right information. He even prepared a witness to support him. There is no Virgin staff on the platform. They would pay no attention to my letter. They are saying that I was a liar. I would not up set for nothing and would not spend precious time to write them. They should be humble to notice that I would not have written if the train manager was perfect as they told me on their letter. There are so many similar complains on various website about Virgin train managers. They should notice it than calling me a liar. I have given them opportunity to improve.
