I have never used fly.co.uk before and have been very impressed. I made a mistake with my booking, which fly.co.uk helped me correct without difficulties or penalty on the phone. I have had to make a few email enquiries which have been answered promptly. Very few other companies offer this service and it's very reassuring.. Very pleased with the service
