Booked a late holiday to Greece. Received acknowledgement and was told they would call within 72 to "confirm details". Called 3 2 days later, only 4 days before we travelled to say accommodation not available. There was an alternative at an extra £300. Said this was unacceptable at this stage. I therefore faced having to disappoint family. Apparently acknowledgement is just a request. Not my understanding of the word. They were totally unsympathetic and couldn't have cared less.
Zero customer service.
Told them what I thought and went elsewhere.
