“Beware, do not trust this company”

Competitive price OK to begin with, after a very minor incident they showed how ruthless and nasty they really are!
The incident which was not my fault , an apology from the other driver followed, all very friendly, reported the incident to coop, they said get a quote for the repairs, the damage was so slight it was polished out, and so I informed coop I would not be claiming as I would would have to pay the excess. To my horror days later they informed me that they had accepted liability on my behalf, and were waiting for the full claim from the other drivers claims company including whiplash. They then sent me on wild goose chase, involving their own claims company, months later after sending me a renewal three times my existing policy, I had no choice but to report them to the insurance ombudsman. But guess what, they lost the transcripts of phone calls and letters. BEWARE be very aware this company is not to be trusted,. It should stick to its core business of selling vegetables and cheap muck in its tacky little supermarkets This review has been written on behalf of my son, a teacher, who had no previous experience of dealing with rogue companies , and so I helped with the correspondence and took all legal advice on his behalf
