“unexpected prepaid booking”

Helpful and in the main satisfactory. However failed to tell me it was a prepaid advance booking. Told me that taking the credit card information was simply to hold booking and I would not have to pay until I went to hotel. I felt I was misinformed and the person advising careless or not clear. I only found out the money had been taken off my card when I checked the unexpected deduction. It has worked out well enough so far as I rang the hotel to check and confirmed the status of the booking as prepaid, I look forward to my stay.
