“HOTEL BOOKING LACK OF COMMUNICATION”

We were very disappointed to find when we arrived at the Ibis hotel in Liverpool that they had not received our booking from your office,Fortunately after speaking to the Duty manager we were given a room,The manager said this happens quite regular with booking from you,This has been the first time we have used this service and would probably use another company next time
