“Fast support, speedy webservice, very professional”

Loved the detailed answers I got to any support question, superb quality of service, even with a cheaper plan, easy to upgrade. And they give you plenty of reminders to pay if you are late - they only threaten to cut you off if you are VERY late (i.e. one month)! Nice people to work with and very robust services. Would definitely recommend. One point to note is that they do not accept Amex (some parts of the payment system do have an Amex logo) not a big deal, but if you are on a sweet Amex points card, then it may be a factor in your decision =)
