“Why can I give it ZERO stars”

Sent these guys an iPhone 4s which had a crack across the bottom of the screen and a chip here and there. Granted it wasn't in pristine condition but it worked and continues to work as well as my new iPhone 5. I could still watch videos on it and do anything that I was able to do pre-crack. I estimated that I would get perhaps half of what I was offered..?

Foolish of me to think that because they offered me less than a fifth of what I was offered, telling me that it had a crakced digitizer and excessive wear and tear. As I say, I never expected to get the full offer but I never expected to be insulted either! I declined the offer and was then advised that it cost £3 to have the handset returned - apparently the cost covers their assessment of the handset and postage. I missed that when signing up so please be aware.

Finally, is it just me or do all the favourable reviews on this page look a a bit suspicious? They have an uncanny knack of using certain buzz words... Just saying..!
