I have never purchased a mobile phone on line before, I have always used the traditional high street outlets. This year, I decided to check the internet for prices, I have to be honest, I wanted a low price off the internet to hit the high street retailers over the head & get them to match the internet price. The outcome was that they couldn't even come close. I narrowed my choice down to the Samsung Note 2 (HTC Sensation Existing phone). The best deal that suited me was NIL upfront cost, 300 min's, unlimited texts & 500mb of internet on O2, all were far in excess of my actual usage. I went into the local O2 shop armed this up my sleeve & they took a sharp intake of breath & told me that they would require a massive £299 upfront cost for this tariff!! they tried to put me off by telling me that a lot of on line cheap online deals included refurbished phones, I checked this out with Mobile Shop prior to purchasing & it was a lie. Wow, I was amazed, it was a no brainer. The phone arrived the next day, signed for courier service, the phone was boxed & double sealed, I couldn't be happier, I kept my same number & carried on with O2. I would highly recommend Mobile Shop, I cannot comment on their after sales service as I haven't had any problems.
Heads up regarding the phone, although advertised as a 16GB phone, when the Samsung operating system takes out of that what it needs, you are left with under 10GB, still healthy though,so, unless you have a massive amount of photos & music don't go overboard with the SD card as APPS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CARD, I bought a 32GB card from Amazon, 16GB would suffice for most people I would say, your choice though. In comparison to the HTC, it is far superior (My first Samsung)
In conclusion, I was resistant about buying from the internet, don't be, this is a reputable company & they supply brand new phones, go for it.
