“Really good customer service & authentic glasses”

I asked them to order a Victoria Beckham optical frame (Large Fine Man in whispered horn colour)- which was not on their website. They received it within 2 days, called me, I paid for it yesterday at lunchtime and I got it first thing in the morning at work. Really good and prompt service!! I received very helpful advice from Ellis!!! The product is genuine indeed. I wasn't sure about ordering the lens so I left it. I still save money when I get the lens fitted at vision express anyway. so I would recommend this website! I also recommend Victoria Beckham optical frames for people who find Chanel or other brands a bit tight on a rounder face. They are super comfortable and chic.
