Has anyone experienced missing a flight through Easyjet's new non designated check in policy. As a family of five (including an eighteen month child) we queued for two hours at Alicante airport for a flight to Bristol. The only option was a general queue on a check point with no designated flight details displayed on the screen. An announcement was made by an assistant that the flight to Bristol was closing, there was a mad panic as customers broke ranks from the queuing and dashed to the check in, when we eventually were served we were told that the flight had closed. I asked to see the manageress
who was completely indifferent to our plight and when i asked her for her name and tried to take photographic evidence I was threatened with involving the police. It cost us 230 euros to book on the next flight
