“Is the voyagers club membership still in place??”

I have used Cumbria cruises for more years than I care to remember. In every case I have received excellent help and advise when booking. My question is, does Cumbria cruises still using their loyalty scheme and is still in being?? This is an extremely good way of being appreciated by regulars users of Cumbria Cruises. If I have one complaint it is the automatic telephone I used, the machine not understanding who I was, and not being able to understand the replies I gave. Not a good idea in my humble opinion.
