Been with Dataflame for over 6 years now, so clearly I'm happy with the service. Over that time I've seen only one hoster related outage, which lasted just a couple of hours, where their support team sorted pretty quickly.
Support are mainly based via online chat, and resolve most of my issues, if not its moved to email support. Im last support issued, for example, which involved them coding the php platform - from email sent to email rec'd back saying complete, was under an hour.
Overall happy, prices very good and support even better.
Without that one outage over the 6yrs, it would be an easy 5 star.
