we had our kitchen installed in April - where do I start day 2 after completion cupboard door falls off!! fitter comes round next day puts in back on!! 2 weeks later another door falls off - fitter not answering phone/text we fix door ourselves - they replace all our plumbing !!! week 6 kitchen flooded!!fitted comes round says dont know where its leaking from but puts tape round the pipes and a bowl!!! says he will return in a couple of days to check - never appeared - customer call to so survey !! wrong move tell them what has happened - fitter calls a couple of hours later to say he will be round next day - never appeared!!
plinth round base units - badly cut inch gap visable - fitter said would replace - still not done
floor they laid is now starting to rise where leak was !!!
we paid fitter over £3000 in cash and over 8.5k for kitchen - wouldnt buy a bag of compost from them now -
took them 3 weeks to remove hippo bag from front of house despite constant phone calls and constant promises from them it would be tomorrow etc - awful awful awful experience and a costly one - do your research and dont use Wickes
