I had the same experience as many of these reviewers. I sent an iPhone (in very good condition) to RPC and received an email from them with a substantially reduced offer. They claimed 'excessive wear and tear' which simply wasn't the case. The phone had been looked after and had been in a case from day 1 with screen protector too. I called them an after much negotiation they increased their offer slightly but the overall experience was dreadful.

I would take the any positive reviews here with a large pinch of salt.
