Recently had champagne glasses delivered to a hotel I was staying at in London, they arrived quickly but when I opened the box I discovered that one glass was broken. I contacted customer service to report and their response was that it should have been checked upon delivery so there was nothing they were willing to do. I had explained when I ordered they were going to a hotel, if they expect people to check items on delivery then the delivery driver should have asked the hotel to check before they drove away. Based on this very poor service I will never use them again and have advised others against it also!
