“Bristol Manager Helps Festival goer.”

We needed an event canopy but you had just run out of sun walls for the product, the manager tried to resolve the issue and came up with multiple choices and sorted us out even though it took up a fair amount of his time... fantastic, he could have just said "Sorry, out of stock." but went the extra mile. Thanks.
